Our Community

The HOA periodically hosts events for owners and residents including an annual meeting every November and a social event.  In addition, the HOA conducts monthly board meetings open to all.   Board meeting schedule is subject to change but meetings are generally on the third Thursday of each month in the Promontory Clubroom.

 

Announcements will be sent out for meetings and events.  Each HOA meeting or event will posted on the website calendar, in the elevators and on the garage level bulletin boards.

 

The Promontory Social Group was formed by owners and residents of the Promontory to generate fun and friendship in addition to those events hosted by the HOA.  This group is open to everyone and is hosted and sponsored by volunteers.

 

The Promontory Social Group plans to have excursions, games, learning opportunities and other events. We have had several successful events including Halloween and Happy Hour for adults and BINGO. 

 

The Promontory Social Group gatherings are posted on the building bulletin boards, and flyers will be distributed to your cubicles (aka cubbies) below the mail boxes.

Do you want to see more groups?  Suggestions for groups that may be of interest are Promontory Pride (small maintenance or beautification projects approved by the HOA Board) and Helping Hands (volunteer group that helps our neighbors in the Promontory with tasks).
