Welcome to the Promontory Condominium Association website!

 

The Promontory was established in 1979.  This condominium complex is located at the northern edge of the Denver Tech Center.  It is a quick 15 minute drive to downtown Denver and the south Denver metropolitan business centers.

 

The complex is situated within a 7.8 acre private park.  This is a gated community with secure underground parking, swimming pool, clubroom, off-street parking for guests, walking paths, large pond, and a dog run.

 

There are a total of six contiguous buildings consisting of 72 units.  The buildings are four stories with three condominiums on each floor.  Each building has its own front access and elevator.  All condominiums are one level and range from 2,000 to 3,000 square feet.  Each condominium has two bathrooms, two to three bedrooms, and a view of the park.  

 

Nearby amenities include highly rated public and private schools, religious organizations, recreation centers, banking, healthcare facilities, entertainment, restaurants, retailers, services, and public transportation.
